Nah....during the weekend, we had this Kaamatan festival at my kampung (Kg. Kolopis), just across the road of my hse....it was quite happening, even though it rained heavily and the wind was strong enough to blow everyone away…..
Velvet performed on Saturday nite right after the Sugandoi event. She sang 4 songs …..sumandak katagayan, langit ke7, kini detiknya and a number from Ajai song (lupa bah tajuk)….wah! bulih tahan oh!....she can really entertain everyone…..not just plainly singing but also communicating with the audience…..she had this technical problem during her 3rd song but she covered it by joking abt the problem…..
”nah, itulah semalam sia teda dtg pigi practice bah! Sorry ah”….everyone laughed at her spontaneous reaction”….her father sang as well and the sister compete in the sugandoi event….she got 2ndplace.
On Sunday, second day of the festival, while Stacy’s father perform on stage, Stacy arrived with the Trek Selebriti team….wah….apa lagi, kena serbu lah diorang…..Jimmy Shanley was there too…..i think Ajai’s gonna be wife was the manager who escorted her….unfortunately, due to tied up with the recording company contract (Maestro lah kali kan!), she cannot perform…she just came to shoot one of the Trek Selebriti clip….she was at the festival only for about half an hour……
